Root Relatíon : A grounding workshop to connect your energetic root with the forces around and within you

Cuerpo De Fuego: The waking of solar and sacral energy to channel fire and purity within your physical being

Abrazada: A workshop focused on leaning into soft, slow, and gentle energy; a place where your heart can rest

Luna De Lilith: An awakening and recognition of the feminine shadow and sensual knowing

Aditi: A workshop focused on vocalizing and communicating through life’s winds

Prana: A moment of silence to feel the threads between us

1-1-1: A closing workshop focused on manifestation and active visualizations to welcome the Spring Equinox

Yoga Flows:

Awaken Flow: Inspired by traditional yogic practices, this flow embodies heat and builds upon its own creativity

Equinox Restore: Inspired by traditional yin practices, these sessions will focus on stillness, release, and letting go

Anahata Flow: This flow is a dance towards your heart space and the bending it takes to get there

Anja Flow: A flow dedicated to your inner wisdom and personal style, taking the time to look in the mirror through movement

A 3 night stay at a private retreat

Plant-Based Vegetarian Meals prepared by a private chef
