Hi, I’m Lauren and I currently reside in Denver, CO. I am a somatic trauma therapist with an extensive background in yoga and all things mindfulness. A value of mine is to share what I have learned with others and to provide accessible care and education to those interested in living a holistic lifestyle. Hi, I’m Natalia, a Florida native deeply involved in wellness, spirituality, and the pursuit of my highest self. Through the power of manifestation and creating a community of love and support, I have been able to create my dream life of traveling the world as a photographer for the past 6 years.
